1 Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You represent and warrant that your use of the eeg33 platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. eeg33 does not accept responsibility for any Member who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. eeg33 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the platform for users in any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may register only one active account on the eeg33 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same identity documents, the same device, the same payment method, or related personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by eeg33 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, deposits, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process in full and truthfully. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 Account Closure

Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the eeg33 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eeg33 does not impose currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal. 4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your eeg33 account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh business day to be reflected in your account balance. eeg33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which eeg33 accepts no responsibility. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically processed by the eeg33 finance team within 5 to 15 minutes of submission during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Bangladesh business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. eeg33 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if it believes the request is connected to suspicious activity, incomplete KYC verification, or a potential breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to use stolen payment credentials, process fraudulent transactions, or manipulate the eeg33 payment system will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. eeg33 cooperates fully with financial institutions and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected fraud.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the eeg33 sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game. General betting rules applicable across all eeg33 products are set out below. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the eeg33 platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet placed on eeg33 is accepted only when the platform confirms the bet with a unique bet reference number and the corresponding stake is debited from your account balance. eeg33 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets that trigger risk management alerts. Any bet placed on an event where the result is already known at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on the eeg33 platform. These limits vary by sport, market type, event, and account status and are displayed at the point of bet placement. eeg33 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or market types at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that eeg33 publishes incorrect odds, lines, or market information due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error, eeg33 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and return the applicable stakes to Members' accounts. eeg33 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from such errors. Members who identify an obvious error should report it to [email protected] immediately rather than attempting to exploit it.

5.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on the eeg33 platform are updated in real time based on data feeds from official match sources. eeg33 reserves the right to suspend or close any live market at any time during an event. In the event of a significant delay between an in-play event occurrence and its reflection in the eeg33 platform data, eeg33 reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

eeg33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. 6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet credits awarded by eeg33 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Member's account without notice. Promotional countdowns displayed on the eeg33 platform reflect the remaining time in BST.

7 Responsible Gaming

Gambling on the eeg33 platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. eeg33 strictly prohibits use of the platform as a means of generating income, resolving financial debt, or substituting for professional financial planning.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeg33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on the eeg33 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to events offered on the eeg33 sportsbook.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eeg33 support staff or other Members through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the eeg33 platform — including but not limited to the eeg33 brand name, logo, website design, software, databases, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all content published on the eeg33 platform — are owned exclusively by or licensed to eeg33. No part of the eeg33 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of eeg33.

By using the eeg33 platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, scrape, frame, mirror, or republish any content from the eeg33 platform. Any unauthorised use of eeg33 intellectual property will be pursued vigorously under applicable intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eeg33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the eeg33 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

eeg33's total liability to any Member in connection with the use of the eeg33 platform shall in no circumstances exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits eeg33's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by eeg33's negligence.

11 Privacy & Data

eeg33 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members during registration and through ongoing use of the platform in accordance with the eeg33 Privacy Policy. By registering an account on eeg33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. eeg33 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Your continued use of the eeg33 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the eeg33 platform and contact [email protected] to request closure of your account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the eeg33 platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with the eeg33 support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with rules agreed between the parties. eeg33's preferred first step for dispute resolution is direct engagement with the support team at [email protected], and the majority of Member concerns are resolved at this stage without formal proceedings.

eeg33 does not make any specific claim regarding regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body. Members are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws governing online betting and casino gaming in their jurisdiction of residence.
